Foodafloat Terms and Conditions
TERMS AND CONDITIONS
This is an agreement between "foodafloat" hereafter referred
to as The Business and those purchasing goods from The Business, hereafter
known as The Customer. A Retail Outlet is any company, organisation or
third party, which provides The Business with products to supply to The
Customer.
PROVISIONING SERVICE - Provisioning Service is defined as the supply to
The Customer with goods sourced from Retail Outlets, orders for Speciality
Packs and Home Cooked Cuisine (as per www.foodafloat.com).
Charges - Prices charged to The Customer will be those as found on www.foodafloat.com
on the day of delivery. In addition, Provisioning Service will incur a
standard delivery charge of £20.00.
Payment - We are pleased to accept cash or cheque no later than upon delivery
of goods. We regret that we are unable to accept payment via credit card
or any other method of payment.
Cancellation - Cancellation of online grocery orders within 48 hours of
the due time of the delivery will be charged for in full plus £20.00
delivery charge. Cancellation of items from the Home Cooked Cuisine and
Speciality Packs Sections will be charged for in full plus delivery charge
of £20.00. Only one delivery charge per cancellation will be levied.
Returns - Any substitutions have been made in good faith and we regret
that no returns are accepted. All supplies will be in good condition at
point of delivery. The Business cannot be held responsible for subsequent
deterioration or damage. The Business will always endeavour to deliver
at the time agreed with The Customer. Occasionally this may not be possible
due to circumstances beyond our control. We undertake to try keep you
fully informed of any delay / rescheduling.
CORPORATE AND PRIVATE ENTERTAINMENT - This is defined as any business
conducted that does not fall into category of Provisioning Service, as
above. A deposit of not less than 10% of total cost will be required upon
booking. We ask that the balance is paid no less than seven days prior
to event. Cancellation within seven days of event will incur a charge
of 25%. We regret that cancellations within 72 hours of event will incur
a full charge.
USE OF THE WEBSITE (www.foodafloat.com) - Users must be aged 18 or over.
The User agrees not to copy material from this site. The Business undertake
not to pass your details or any information provided to us to any Third
Party. The Business accepts no responsibility for damages of any kind
regarding the use of this site, errors on the site, viruses, third party
links or failure of the site to operate. Users may not post materials
on www.foodafloat that are libellous, obscene or infringing of copyright
or trademarks.
